By accessing and using Qbot's AI chatbot services, including demo requests and related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use Qbot.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Qbot's services for personal or business purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the AI chatbot or its responses.
  • Do not use Qbot for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not submit false or misleading information in demo requests or chatbot interactions.
  • Do not attempt to exploit, overload, or disrupt the chatbot or website.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Qbot, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and chatbot interactions.
  • Use the chatbot and demo request features in good faith and for their intended purposes.
  • Respect the privacy and rights of others when using Qbot.
  • Not attempt to manipulate, deceive, or abuse the AI chatbot.

4. Service Modifications & AI Limitations

Qbot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Qbot's AI is designed to provide helpful responses, but may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Use your own judgment and do not rely solely on AI-generated information for critical decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Qbot and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, chatbot, or demo request features.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Qbot immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the chatbot or demo request features.

7. Feedback & Improvements

We welcome feedback to improve Qbot. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use it for service improvement without compensation.
